Here at Fishers Irrigation we pride ourselves in taking care
of each customer as an individual rather than a number on a corporate
ledger.
From our first visit, our goal is to establish a personal and
trusting relationship with each customer. Having spent years in
high volume, deadline and bottom line focused industry we have
seen the effect it has on both the customer and the technician.
The attitude that the presence of one's customer is a negative
situation. The idea that it's more important to check off the
job and move on rather than making a system correct and spending
a little more time.
Over the years, however, we at Fishers have found that given
the ability and willingness to spend a little more time our customers
are most often good, interesting people who work as hard on their
career as we do in ours. Taking that extra time can yield the
information to help us maintain the sprinkler system in the manner
each customer desires and is comfortable with. That time can help
us locate or isolate problems the customer has observed.
In short, we believe dealing with each customer on a personal
level can over time create a more efficient, pleasant and economic
experience for our customers and ourselves. We believe in providing
the customer with control of their irrigation system as well.
This is a driving force behind our control panel tutorial service
also our Saturday appointment scheduling for those who need to
spend their work week at work.
When faced with a necessary repair, We prefer to offer the customer
several options(if possible) so they can determine the level of
financial commitment that they are comfortable with. When we see
wear and tear starting to affect the sprinkler system we will
frequently try to warn the customer so they can prepare for a
repair that may become necessary or decide to preempt a failure
and emergency call.
At the end of the day, Fishers Irrigation wants to get to know
you and we want
to know your irrigation system and property as well as we know
our own.
